Mid Beds District Council was replaced by Central Bedfordshire Council on April 1st 2009. Central Bedfordshire Council now provides all local government services for the geographical area formerly covered by Mid Beds District Council.

Online Events Submittal Form

You can now submit your event, so it appears on the Mid Beds Tourism website and in our printed Horizon magazine (distributed to 65,000 properties), by clicking on our Online Events Submittal Form. Please note that the Horizon event listing is subject to space being available, so please try and submit your event information in good time (see below for Horizon deadline dates), as your event will have a better chance of being published.

Throughout the year various events and activities are organised within Mid Bedfordshire. Here you are able to click and view events that have been submitted for publishing by members of the community, organisations and venues who will be hosting events in the coming months.

You can also check the 2008 Horizon Deadline Dates for Mid Beds' Horizon Magazine, as this will give you the opportinity to give your event(s) the maximum exposure. All your events must take place in Mid Beds to be included in our events listing.

Please be aware that all submitted events are reviewed and maybe modified, or, even removed, if we believe that they have not met the high standards or criteria that we expect. Therefore all events are only published at the discretion of Mid Beds District Council.
