On-Line Searches

Local Land Charge Searches can be requested on-line by a Solicitor or Conveyancer. The National Land Information Service (NLIS) is a government initiative which enables us to automate the processing of local land charge searches (LLC1 and Con29), being able to receive and return searches electronically and thus reducing costs for postage, time and man hours.
