Vital Signs briefing book

Important Information:

The book is presented in tabular format. Within the book colours are used to indicate performance for each measure. A blue measure indicates excellent performance, green indicates good performance, yellow acts as an alert to a potential problem and red indicates there is a problem requiring investigation and action.
