Mystery Shopper Surveys
A mystery shopper survey involves mystery shoppers posing as ‘real’ customers and sampling services that Mid Beds District Council provides and making a determination about quality. It involves mystery shoppers doing the following:
- Telephoning
- Emailing
- Sending letters
- Visiting our website
- Visiting our offices
Mid Beds is then judged on many different factors including:
- Staff attitude
- Value of information provided
- Efficiency of the service
- Accessibility of offices
- Signage and cleanliness
- Leaflets displayed
Mid Beds District Council was assessed in June 2007. Below is a detailed report of the findings:
