Mystery Shopper Surveys

A mystery shopper survey involves mystery shoppers posing as ‘real’ customers and sampling services that Mid Beds District Council provides and making a determination about quality. It involves mystery shoppers doing the following:

  • Telephoning
  • Emailing
  • Sending letters
  • Visiting our website
  • Visiting our offices

Mid Beds is then judged on many different factors including:

  • Staff attitude
  • Value of information provided
  • Efficiency of the service
  • Accessibility of offices
  • Signage and cleanliness
  • Leaflets displayed

Mid Beds District Council was assessed in June 2007. Below is a detailed report of the findings:
