Fees for Planning Applications

Planning Application Fees - 6 April  2008

Please be advised that Planning Application Fees increased on 6 April 2008.  We would like to inform you that the Government has also implemented a new fee category to handle the discharge of conditions imposed by a planning permission.  The Government have imposed a new fee for a request that a condition or conditions attached to an earlier grant of planning permission have been complied with where this request is made on or after 6 April 2008.
