Design Statements - Guidance Notes for Applicants and Agents

In order to process a planning application as fully as possible and to minimise delay it is necessary for applicants to produce a Design Statement that explains their design concept.  The Council has produced a Guidance Note which is available from the Council Offices, or alternatively you can view/download the Guidance Notes.
