Land West of Ampthill
An area of 11ha (27.1 acres) at west Ampthill, off Tavistock Avenue, is allocated for residential development.
A Planning and Development Brief has now been adopted by Mid Beds District Council and will guide future development of the site. Any future planning applications will need to accord with the principles set out in the brief.
