Marston Moretaine Development Brief
Land east of Bedford Road, situated between the village and the Marston Vale Forest Centre, has been allocated as a residential and employment extension to the village in the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan (2005).
Early consultation for this site took place in January 2005 and follow-up discussions have been undertaken to address the issues raised through the initial consultation. Your input at that stage helped identified the proposals.

The Development Brief was adopted as Technical Guidance for Development Control Purposes at the Council's Executive Committee on 23rd November 2005. The agenda for the committee can be viewed at this web page.
