Monitoring the centre operation and management to ensure the centres are providing the following:

| 4. | Complaints are dealt with promptly and to the satisfaction of the customer |
| 5. | Development of Activity Programmes |
| 6. | New developments and activities |
| 7. | Promoting the health benefits of sport |
| 8. | Creating a quality leisure experience in partnership with the facility contractors |
| 9. | Providing monitoring and quality systems |
| 10. | Providing Customer Forums so that information flows between customers and contractors |
| 11. | Benchmarking facilities with others across the country to maintain high levels of service and continuous improvement |
| 12. | Researching new products and activities to continually develop the centres |
