How do I apply for a licence under the new Gambling Act 2005?
The new Gambling Act 2005 comes into force as of 1st September 2007, all Licensed Premises in Mid Bedfordshire will need to transfer their existing Magistrates Licence to a Premises Licence issued by the Licensing Authority (Mid Beds District Council) before 1st September 2007.
All new applications should now also be made to Mid Beds District Council.
