How do I get my event listed on the Mid Beds website?
All events that take place in the Mid Beds area are documented by Shaun Machan (Chicksands) and the staff at the Tourist Information Centre in Sandy at the following address:

You can also use our Events Submittal Form and email it to the address that is detailed on this form.
All Events have to comply with a certain set criteria i.e. a certain amount of fundamental information is required before we can publish an event, this is as follows:
- Event Title
- Date
- Time
- Location
- Description (brief)
- Cost, if any
- Contact person
- Telephone Number
Additional information can be supplied, if you think it is relevant to your event e.g. Disabled Access etc. The above list relates to the essential information we need to provide the public, so that they can make an informed decision without needing more information from us. If you have any display materials (posters etc) then these can be displayed at our Tourist Information Centre's 'What's on' section (see above for full postal address).
After all the events for a particular month are collated by the TIC Staff, they are then forwarded to the Community Services Office in Chicksands, where they are then published to the Tourism's Events pages on the Mid Beds website.
