Am I allowed to look around an animal boarding premises before I leave my dog/cat
This is something that is determined by individual boarding premises and isn't something that a Local Authority would have any jurisdiction over. However you would hope and expect that all proprietors would be open about their premises and be more than happy to show perspective customers around.
