If an accident occurs at my premises, what should I do?
Record the accident in the Premises Accident Record Book, including the name, age, address and contact details of the injured person. You should also include brief details of what happened, the injuries sustained, and the details of any witnesses. If injuries are serious or you are unsure as to seriousness notify the Incident Contact Centre, Caerphilly, on 0845 300 9923 (local rate).
