I visited a pub and the play equipment is poorly maintained and broken. My child fell off it and was injured. What should I do?
Inform the Pub Proprietor/Licensee of your concerns about the condition of the play equipment and details of your child's accident, subsequent injuries, details of name, address, telephone number and what happened and where. In addition to this you should also notify the Environmental Health Department of the Local Council which covers the area where the pub is located.
