I am a food handler and think I could be suffering from food poisoning, what should I do?
You should inform your line manager immediately and then visit your Doctor so that they can take a faecal sample to try to determine what it is you are suffering from. You should remain off work until you have not suffered from any symptoms for 48 hours.
