I had a meal at a café and have subsequently been unwell. What should I do?
The first thing you need to do is visit your Doctor so that they can take a faecal sample. This will determine whether you are suffering from food poisoning or not. You may be suffering from food poisoning or you may have something unrelated. If a food poisoning micro-organism is isolated then you will need to look at your food history as micro-organisms behave in many different ways, and in most cases it is not the last meal eaten that has affected you.
