Food Hygiene Courses

Any person handling food should have a basic awareness of the essentials of food hygiene. In addition, persons handling open "high risk" foods should receive formal food hygiene training commensurate with the CIEH Level 2 Awards  in Food Safety (which replaced the old basic food hygiene certificate). Guidance can be found in the Industry Guide to Good Hygiene Practice: Catering Guide. Chadwick House Group Ltd. Tel: 0207 827 5882.
