An introduction to the range of Housing and Environmental Health services/functions (relating to domestic properties) provided by Mid Beds District Council.

The functions that the Home Environment Team are primarily concerned with include;

• Harassment and Illegal Evictions
• Housing Grants (including Energy Efficiency
• Empty Homes
• Enforcement of Housing Conditions (including disrepair), Domestic Nuisance (including noise & smoke), and Drainage
• Caravans and Mobile Homes
• Emergency Planning
