Graffiti, Fly-Posting & Vandalism
Fly-Posting is the defacement of the local environment through the display of advertisements on buildings, street furniture or other structures without the consent of the owner. Fly-Posting is an offence and advertisers can be fined up to £2,500 upon conviction.
Graffiti is criminal damage under the Criminal Damage Act 1971. There are no legal sites for Graffiti within Mid Beds.
